| Job Description | One of Europe's leading video games companies is looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager. Responsibilities for this position will include: - Develop and maintain close and profitable working relationships with partner accounts - Introduce a regular sales cycle, to present forthcoming products, developing promotions to maximise results for all parties - Improve online profile by securing additional space on partner sites and grow partner business accordingly - Monitor account performance and conduct regular business reviews - Identify new business partners, initiate contact and sign new partnership agreements - Develop incisive market knowledge and internal/external relationships to advance the business To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: - Experience of managing key accounts, ideally in the online and/or e-commerce sectors, possibly for a content provider, third party distributor or online agency - A feel for the potential of the internet, broadband and the associated technologies in delivering digital content to the end user - Comfortable working in a new business environment – flexible, open to change and able to multi-task - Rigorous and proactive attitude - Prepared to travel, throughout the UK occasionally overseas - Ideally educated to degree level, with at least 1 year relevant work experience - Good understanding of the video games industry This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company that is leading the way in the video games sector.
